What you need to know about vitamin B12 supplements
A common argument against supplement use is that it can damage your kidneys.
But there’s good evidence that it doesn’t.
There is evidence, however, that vitamin B 12 supplementation may also cause some people to experience a temporary increase in blood pressure.
If you’ve got these symptoms, you should consult your doctor or health professional.
Here are some things to watch out for: Theoretical studies suggest that supplement use can cause some temporary increases in blood pressures.
For example, some research has found that supplement users may have an increase in their heart rate (this is called hypercapnia) as a result of supplement use.
If this occurs, your doctor may prescribe an anti-hypertensive medication to reduce this effect.
Another study found that taking vitamin B 6 supplements could decrease the risk of cardiovascular events in people who already had heart disease.
In this case, the people taking the supplements had a lower risk of experiencing heart attack or stroke.
If your doctor doesn’t prescribe you any anti-hypercapnia medication, you can take vitamin B 11 supplements.
These supplements have a higher absorption rate than vitamin B 2 and have been shown to reduce blood pressure in people taking them.
You can also take vitamin D supplements.
Studies have shown that people taking vitamin D 3 supplements have lower blood pressure and more stable blood lipids than those taking vitamin C. Some of these effects of vitamin D can last for several days, so you may want to start taking these supplements at least two weeks before a potential heart attack.
If vitamin B 13 supplements are prescribed, you may notice some slight increases in your blood pressure (sometimes referred to as a “bruising”) when you take them.
This is normal, but it may cause some symptoms to improve.
There’s also evidence that vitamin C supplements may cause temporary increases of blood pressure that are reversible, and some research suggests that taking these vitamins may decrease the chance of developing hypertension in people with diabetes.
You may also want to consult your health care professional if you have any of these symptoms: your blood sugar levels are unusually low or your blood cholesterol is high.
You’re not feeling well or your weight is increasing.
Some people may also have some of the following conditions: heart disease, hyperlipidemia, high blood pressure, or other heart problems.
Some drugs that affect blood pressure may also affect vitamin B 1, vitamin B 3, vitamin D, and other vitamins.
If these are the case, your blood test may show these problems.
Vitamin B 12 supplements are considered safe if they are taken at the recommended dose and in the form recommended by your doctor.
But, if you’re taking a vitamin B-12 supplement with other substances, such as some vitamin supplements with caffeine, you need more frequent testing.
