“What’s interesting is that the B vitamins do have some effect on anxiety, but they have a very small effect compared to caffeine,” Taylor added.

“You need to consume a higher dose of B vitamins than caffeine to do anything significant.”

While the study showed that the guarans tea and other B-compounds did not have any significant effect on the ability to sleep, it also showed no differences in sleep quality, which may indicate that the supplement does not significantly improve sleep quality.

In addition, the study also found that the effects were mostly limited to people with sleep problems, but the results may not be generalizable to other people with other disorders.

The researchers note that these results should be taken with a grain of salt, as they only looked at guarams tea and the B-vitamins that it contains.

I have always been a big fan of magnesium.

I can make a good meal from it, and I use it to make soups and stir fries.

I use a little bit of it in my diet, too.

So why isn’t it a priority for me? 

The short answer is because there’s no real evidence that magnesium supplements increase blood pressure or lower cholesterol.

And magnesium supplements don’t even work for everyone.

I have been on a magnesium supplement for three years, and while it’s definitely been a success, I can’t say I have improved my health.

I am an avid coffee drinker.

But if you want to see if magnesium supplements help, you have to see a study, or a randomized controlled trial.

My cholesterol, too, had dropped significantly.

But even after all that, I felt like I was still a little low on magnesium, even though I knew I was getting the recommended amount. 

When you see a magnesium product on the shelves, it usually says something like “magnesium citrate,” which is the same thing as a magnesium sulfate, which isn’t necessarily a magnesium compound.
