Amazon found that the best supplements to kids range from $1 to $2.
The best energy products are those that include nutritional content, including vitamin and mineral supplements, amino acids, antioxidants, and vitamins, according Toffee’s research.
These are often marketed to kids with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) who have a harder time digesting foods.
For example, the best mineral supplements for children with autism range from about $6 to $12, according the company’s study.
The cheapest is a $7.95 “all-in-one” mineral supplement that includes vitamins, minerals, and dietary supplements.
The study also found that kids with ADHD often struggle to get sufficient amounts of zinc, copper, iron, and zinc-rich foods to absorb nutrients in their diet.
There are also more affordable options for adults who have ADHD, including zinc-containing supplements that range from around $2 to $9.
This category includes “mineral” supplements and “complex” minerals like calcium, magnesium, potassium, and vitamin D3.
These products contain about 30 percent more vitamins than their “minerals” counterparts, according The Nutritional Supplement Database.
Toffee found that supplements with vitamin B12 and D are the best choices for adults with ADHD.
For kids with ASD, these supplements are usually recommended as part of an autism diet.
In the same vein, Toffee also found the best dietary supplements for adults in terms of nutrition content.
These supplements have no added ingredients and are generally made of whole foods, which can help to keep the body healthy.
These foods include whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and whole-grain products.
For children with ADHD, these dietary supplements tend to be marketed as supplements, which is a bit confusing because there are a number of products that include vitamins and minerals.
These can include vitamins like vitamin B6 and D, which are usually included in vitamin and supplement mixes for adults and children.
